StudyAI is an AI-powered study assistant app that helps students with learning, studying, summarizing, writing support, homework guidance, note organization, quiz generation, flashcards, explanations, and other educational tools. This service is provided as an “AS IS” service.

User-Provided Study Content

StudyAI may allow users to enter, upload, or provide study-related content, including questions, notes, text prompts, assignments, documents, screenshots, images, topics, learning goals, or other educational materials.

This information is used only to provide the app’s core features, such as generating explanations, summaries, study notes, quizzes, flashcards, writing suggestions, and learning assistance.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share users’ study content or personal information for advertising or unrelated purposes.
 

Third-Party AI Processing

StudyAI uses a third-party AI service, Fal.ai, to process user-provided input and generate answers, summaries, explanations, quizzes, flashcards, and other study-related outputs.

User-provided content and related instructions are transmitted securely to AI processing services solely for generating the requested study assistance. This content is processed temporarily and is not used for any other purpose by the Service Provider.
 

Uploaded Images and Documents

StudyAI may allow users to upload images or documents for educational purposes, such as extracting text, summarizing content, explaining concepts, or generating study materials.

Uploaded files may contain personal information depending on what the user chooses to provide. Users should avoid uploading sensitive personal information unless necessary for the requested feature.
 

Data Storage and Retention

User-provided study content, prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs may be stored temporarily where necessary to provide the app’s functionality, deliver results, maintain session history, or support user-requested features.

The Service Provider retains user-provided information only for as long as necessary to provide the Application’s functionality, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Users may delete saved content where supported by the Application, stop using AI features at any time, or stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • Basic analytics data

This information is used only to improve app performance, stability, reliability, and user experience.

StudyAI is not a substitute for teachers, tutors, schools, professional academic advice, or independent learning. Users are responsible for using the Application in accordance with their school, university, or institution’s academic integrity policies.

User Consent

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

You may also stop using AI generation, upload, or study assistance features at any time.
 

Children’s Policy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly.
